By retrofit, we mean the replacement of all “problematic” components with modern technology. In all cases, this includes the CNC and PLC controls as well as (if available) the control PC, including storage media and operating system. Everything that can still be easily procured or repaired in the coming years will be retained. Detailed information can be found in the following sub-items for the respective machine groups.
